Ordered keyring and was lovely but I emailed about a spelling mistake and had no response, when keyring arrived with the mistake on I contacted you immediately to be told nothing we can do , I work in retail and customer service is paramount to running a good business so I will no longer be a crafty giraffe customer and would not recommend you either which is a shame
