Because the name I wanted to use had a special character (ë) in it, I contacted customer service prior to ordering. They were great, responding very quickly and assuring me that the character could be used and that they would check the order when it came through to make sure. I ordered 4 decorations in total including this one. Unfortunately the drum kit was broken in arrival, probably due to its construction. However got in touch with Crafty Giraffe with photos and they replaced it no questions asked. My daughters love their decorations and the 2 for friends. Excellent x
