Lovely products, all types of animals, all very well made and true to the breed.

I ordered a black Labrador tree ornament but they sent a golden one. I e-mailed them on the 24/12/23 and have heard nothing. It’s a nice product but I paid extra for a black Labrador and I have had no response from customer services.

Nicely formed and shaped, with clear personalised letters. Was perhaps a little less rugged than anticipated and I wonder at its durability, but nonetheless it, along with two companions, have drawn favourable comment.
