Perfect quality

I bought this for my friend's baby's first Christmas. I had actually placed an order before with Crafty Giraffe and wanted to see what the gift was like. The order came through on time despite the time of the year and the pandemic chaos. It was done so well. So, I placed another order, which was this one. This, too, came on time. I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I asked for the gift wrap option and I recommend you do. It is lovely little box with the company logo on. It is a hardy box so it keeps the decoration safe. I had read initial reviews before I made any order as to how they break easily. Hence, me placing only one order at first. I can assure you these decorations are not flimsy! Of course it is wood so do not try to snap it check strength. It is thin, but not flimsy thin. The personalisation was done exactly as I wished it. It was a beautiful gift and for Christmas 2020, I ended up getting three personalised decorations. All three were loved by the recipients and hung on the Christmas tree straightaway! Thank you for the wonderful to-the-point service offered and the beautiful decorations.
