    This is the fourth or fifth decoration I have ordered from Crafty Giraffe and, as always, the decoration is beautifully made. I would also like to say that the customer service I received was amazing - I ordered the decoration for my friend's new puppy and just after I placed the order my friend advised me that she had changed the pup's name, I emailed Crafty Giraffe to ask if I could change the name and they were so helpful and understand and amended my order with no fuss at all, thank you so much. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

    Bought 1 for myself and then 3 for a family membe. Was very pleased. Very well done and lovely gift. Looked great on tree. Lots of positive comments. Lovely box too.
