Personalised Tabby Cat Decoration

Have bought items like these before so knew that this would be just perfect. Looks so much like my cat. Really well made and design is great.

Great quality and beautiful item

I bought this product in memory of my cat Venus who we lost in November. I had previously purchased another cat decoration last year in memory of my cat Samira. They looked lovely on my Christmas tree.

Super quick delivery, its a present so wont know till christmas day if its ok, but im sure it will be.

I’d heard wonderful things about these decorations, but unfortunately didn’t have the same experience. This review does not come lightly, as I’m not one to leave bad reviews as a rule. I ordered this as a Christmas present for a close friend whose pet had died earlier this year. What I received was entirely wrong - wrong name etc. No matter, I thought, as I know accidents happen. I immediately emailed the admin address to see if I could arrange an exchange rather than return and reorder to ensure the present would still be on time. I included pictures showing what I ordered and what I received and politely asked what we could do to rectify the situation. I’ve yet to receive a response to that email. It has been at least 2 weeks, if not 3. It doesn’t help that the email address seems to be one of the only ways to contact the company (I’m on limited social media, so there may be other options if you’re on more than Facebook). Very disappointed, organising the return, and not sure about whether to reorder for a future present.
