I purchased 2 mugs for different teachers. They arrived quite soon after and we're packaged really well. No damage at all. Mugs appear well made and to have them personalised was a nice touch. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the postage. I hoped that the cost could be combined as I bought 2 mugs at the same time. Unfortunately though I had to pay 2 lots of postage.
