Personalised Wirehaired Dachshund Decoration

I love these dog decorations as thoughtful, personalised gifts but even though this one was super cute, it wasn’t quite the quality I expected (given the others I have ordered). The reason is that it does not hang horizontally on the tree - is the hole in the wrong place perhaps?). This annoyed me as it was hanging at an angle amongst last years lovely ones! Comparing them, the string is a little ‘cheaper’ looking. I have ordered several decorations before (detailed pugs) which had a much nicer red ribbon (rather than string) to hang the decoration and a better attachment to the dog rather than the punched hole. Still cute - but I was disappointed!

Lovely looking decoration that my brother's family adore, particularly as the shape is a great likeness of the breed. But as per other reviews the hole is in the wrong place and it hangs at an acute angle which lets it down. My brother will have to drill a second hole to distribute the weight more evenly but this should really have been thought about and other feedback reacted to.

Lovely decoration with great likeness to the dog but the hole for the hanging string is too far forward so the weight isn't evenly distributed and it hangs vertical (not ideal for a sausage dog) I glued a button to the back and now it works though. Would reccomend moving the hole back :)
