I'm your biggest fan mug

After about a ten day wait for the mug I began to contact the company to enuire to it's whereabouts to be told the average delivery time is ten days. Roll on a few days later and the item never appeared still so was given a refund. Disappointed not to receive the item or to be given the choice to have another one sent out given it had been lost in the post. I wouldn't bother purchasing anything from these guys as the set-up seems quite amateurish.
