    I have purchased a number of these over the years, on every occasion the decoration has been to a high standard & has arrived neatly packaged & undamaged. The customer service has always been good but on this last occasion when I needed a horse decoration in time for xmas, (following an unfortunate dog incident), the crafty giraffe team went above & beyond.     Arrived in time, well boxed, gift box good quality and fantastic product. A little smaller than I imagined but I think it's lovely - very happy with my purchase. Shame you HAVE to have something personalised on it - would be nice to be given the option to have just blank as well. Highly recommend. ;-)
